We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction and building industry. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment strategy, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent to support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction sector, coupled with a passion for talent acquisition and human resource management. You will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with various departments to identify staffing needs. Your expertise will help us build a strong employer brand and foster a positive candidate experience, ultimately contributing to our company’s growth and success. Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to enhance talent sourcing opportunities. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions. Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the construction sector. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent. Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation. Preferred Candidate : Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction or related industries, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting recruitment metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes. Demonstrated ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and utilize various recruitment tools effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving hiring goals and improving the overall candidate experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software to streamline recruitment activities. A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, promoting a culture of respect and fairness. Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is a plus. Skills Bachelor’s degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

(Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum

8–10 years of experience

in talent acquisition / recruitment, with at least

3–5 years in a managerial role . Proven track record in hiring for

senior and critical roles

across multiple disciplines and industries. Strong understanding of

labor laws , recruitment technology, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is preferred.
