You will play a central role in establishing and scaling this business vertical from the ground up. The Business Lead – HR & Payroll Outsourcing will be responsible for : Establishing and scaling our payroll outsourcing vertical Ensuring delivery excellence and operational accuracy Driving business development and client acquisition Creating service offerings, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks Working closely with leadership to shape the venture’s growth strategy Hiring and developing the first layer of payroll and compliance teams Key Responsibilities
