Must-Have : 10+ years of experience in manpower planning & human resources Experienced with utilizing Oracle based tools for workforce management Experienced in developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies Proficiency in managing large-scale operations with a workforce of 10,000+ Nice to Have : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or any other relevant field.
