Overview
To lead the planning and management of the product portfolio by developing strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and analyzing market and customer needs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, profitability, and market growth. Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and operational plans aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives. Manage the product portfolio, define priorities, and determine product offerings across customer and market segments. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of products, from ideation and concept development to launch, growth, and retirement. Define product packaging, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies to maximize market adoption and profitability. Conduct market and customer analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives. Forecast product demand and ensure alignment with financial targets and business plans. Monitor and evaluate product performance (financial, commercial, and customer-related KPIs) and implement improvement measures as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer care, and operations) to ensure successful product planning and execution. Manage financial and operational risks related to products and develop mitigation plans. Prepare periodic reports and insights on product portfolio performance to business leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or any related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Experience in defining and developing requirements for products and services within a technology company – preferably telecommunications related. Seniority level
