Job Overview
- Responsible for Supply & Distribution Planning in the market (including S&OP Supply / Demand Balancing) and planning contact point for the Supply & DRP Team in GBS at category level.
- Act as the main interface between the GBS Planning Hub and the Market for Supply Planning, DRP & MRP, collaborating with operations teams and the Integrated planning lead to ensure plans are adopted and service levels and working capital targets are met.
- Supply planner execution will be the key player in exception management resolutions.
- Call off to supplier on a daily / weekly basis.
Responsibilities
Validate production and material plans in Weekly Plan Review Meeting.Arbitrate between GBS planning team and the factory to reconcile the weekly production plan based on constraints and material availability.Point of escalation for trade-off supply decisions on a day-to-day basis outside of the GBS Hub’s level of authority.Liaise with suppliers in crisis management.Bring supply planning scenarios and relevant inputs to the Supply / Demand Balancing meeting.Monitor Supply Planning KPIs (factory and suppliers’ performance), coordinate root-cause analysis and mitigation actions.Validate Inventory Policies for FG.First point of market validation for monthly stock projections and business waste at category level.Be the point of contact with the Sales & Commercialization team to cascade down to GBS Hub innovation requirements.Supply representative on Monthly Project Alignment Meeting bringing Supply and MRP inputs.Point of contact for MRP planner for planning & risk mitigation.Provide call-offs for packaging materials and follow-ups with the suppliers for required documentation (COA & MCC) along with sharing the required POs to ensure smooth operations for RM WH and not interrupt production lines.Review the 3RMF & AOP volumes and highlight any concerns related to exceeding the agreed mix or run-ability issues due to high number of PP required or conflicts between the required packaging.Collaborate with the GBS Team during any materials transaction to reduce or eliminate write-offs.Qualifications
Key Skills / Experience Required :
Proficiency in JDA, SAP, Excel.Planning Mastery.S&OP and business environment understanding.Stakeholder management, performance management, scenario and exception-based planning.Differentiating Competencies Required :
