Consult with clients to recommend tailored Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Lead end-to-end Atlassian implementations, from planning to deployment. Optimize workflows, processes, and permissions for enhanced team productivity. Serve as the Atlassian expert, advising on best practices and advanced configurations. Design and implement integrations with third-party tools for streamlined workflows. Deliver training and workshops to empower clients and teams on Atlassian tools. Keep clients updated on Atlassian features and align them with business goals. Document configurations and customizations for scalability and knowledge sharing. Collaborate to create custom reports, dashboards, and metrics aligned with objectives. Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in a consulting role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices. Expert in configuring Jira workflows, service desk setups, custom fields, and automation rules. Experience customizing and integrating Atlassian solutions with add-ons and third-party apps. Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and design effective solutions.
