Job Description

Required Technical Skill Set : Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

  • Handling regular issues in HRMS & Payroll – Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, OLM etc.
  • Monitoring the daily scheduled programs and supporting the tickets received from the end user.
  • Able to fix and assist the end user with Production support issues (Related to Report, Interface, Workflow, AME).
  • 24 x 7 support for the applications.
  • Able to do bug fixes / production fixes on a FastTrack process and coordinate with other stakeholders.
  • Provide workarounds to the stakeholders.
  • Also have knowledge on Oracle support to check standard errors and follow up with Oracle.
