Consulting experience on working with customers to understand their current business challenges and devise optimal solutions to support their business objectives. Strong experience of integrating the above products with third party applications like Payroll payment etc. Proficient in the technical aspects of Oracle EBS to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team having diverse responsibilities. Qualifications

4+ years of extensive experience with complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS HCM implementations. Strong expertise, functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle HCM full lifecycle KSA Government implementation projects involving HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle I Recruitment, Oracle Learning Management. Strong experience of integrating the above products with third party applications like Payroll payment etc. Solid experience in Oracle AME and Workflow. Experienced in standard implementation methodology e.g. AIM, OUM etc. Candidate with work experience in Defence sector implementations is preferred. Arabic speaker is preferred at minimum with good communication and presentation skills. Candidate should have working experience and good understanding in Saudi Government ministries regulations related Civil Service guidelines. Proficient in the technical aspects of Oracle EBS to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team having diverse responsibilities.
