Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, Oracle ERP process mapping, and system configuration to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions in Oracle ERP.
- Reflect business needs into procedures and processes within the Oracle HRMS system.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for business users on Oracle HRMS functionality.
- Configure and support Oracle HRMS modules including :
Core HR
Absence ManagementPayrollSelf-Service HRPerformance ManagementAME - Approval Management EngineDesign and develop database objects including views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks.Trace and troubleshoot database errors, add new validations, and improve system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements.Required Technical Skills
