We are looking for a skilled
HCM Oracle Consultant
to join our team. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our organization. This position requires strong technical expertise, deep HR process knowledge, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to optimize HR operations. Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support
Oracle HCM Cloud modules
(Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, Learning). Work with HR and business teams to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and deliver solutions. Configure workflows, security, reporting, and integrations. Provide training, documentation, and end-user support. Troubleshoot issues and manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Support HR analytics and reporting (BI, OTBI, BI Publisher). Qualifications
Bachelor’s in
Computer Science, HR, or Information Systems
(Master’s is a plus). 5+ years’ experience
in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support. Strong knowledge of HR processes and modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.). Hands-on experience with
HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Oracle HCM
certification preferred . Details
