Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s annual targets.
- Oversee sales operations in coordination with Project Managers for each exhibition.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of all exhibitions and events organized by the company.
- Develop and implement intensive training programs to enhance the sales team’s performance and skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Develop competitive commercial offers and contracts tailored to each exhibition or project.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s client base locally and regionally.
