Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s annual targets.
- Oversee sales operations in coordination with Project Managers for each exhibition.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of all exhibitions and events organized by the company.
- Develop and implement intensive training programs to enhance the sales team’s performance and skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Develop competitive commercial offers and contracts tailored to each exhibition or project.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s client base locally and regionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management within the exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale events industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.In-depth knowledge of the exhibitions and events market in Saudi Arabia.Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Why Join Riyadh Exhibitions Company?
