In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve our revenue targets. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the software market, and a proven track record in sales management. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the software or technology industry. Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the software sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. High level of business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
