Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician - Industrial to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve mechanical processes and systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Experience with safety protocols and compliance in an industrial environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
