We are hiring a Mechanical Incharge for our prestigious Saudi Aramco projects . This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their expertise in Maintenance and Shutdown Projects within the dynamic Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee the execution of plant services, including maintenance and shutdown activities.
  • Ensure seamless operations and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage on-site teams, ensuring safety protocols and industry standards are strictly followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress and execution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

  • Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience : Proven expertise in Maintenance and Shutdown Projects within the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and plant operations.
  • Familiarity with Aramco standards and compliance requirements is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
