We are hiring a Mechanical Incharge for our prestigious Saudi Aramco projects . This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their expertise in Maintenance and Shutdown Projects within the dynamic Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee the execution of plant services, including maintenance and shutdown activities.
Ensure seamless operations and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Manage on-site teams, ensuring safety protocols and industry standards are strictly followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress and execution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience : Proven expertise in Maintenance and Shutdown Projects within the Oil & Gas industry is essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and plant operations.

Familiarity with Aramco standards and compliance requirements is highly advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
