BMS Technician

Operate, monitor, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) including HVAC, pumps, sensors, and actuators.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot BMS hardware / software issues.

Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.

Coordinate with mechanical, electrical teams, and vendors for maintenance or upgrades.

Maintain records of system issues, maintenance actions, and reports.

Requirements :

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Electrical Cable Manufacturing Industry.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills; English speaking preferred.
