Your New Role As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be accountable for implementing the Talent Acquisition process devised by the global team. You will be responsible for a strategic approach and drive Talent Acquisition activities for Saudi Arabia and other business units and countries within EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) region.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment at all levels, collaborating with colleagues and business leaders across functions and countries.
Coordination and overall success of the recruiting team (sourcing and admin partners) and stakeholders, including HR Total Rewards and other functions.
Conduct competency-based interviews (CBI) and business cases where applicable.
Align talent forecasts and needs with business leaders and execute the agreed recruitment strategy to support long-term growth.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and develop effective recruitment strategies with minimal reliance on external search agencies.
Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk's global standard TA processes and uphold the employer value proposition across all recruitment efforts.

Your Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in talent acquisition with proven success in executing effective recruitment strategies.
Bachelor's degree; relevant experience in a specialized HR function may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in an international pharma company or recruitment agency is a nice to have.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders; leading without authority.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively to inform decision-making.
