Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated
Talent Acquisition Lead
to drive recruitment initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on
international and technical hiring . The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing top-tier tech talent, leading hiring strategies, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, growing environment. Previous experience in a
recruitment agency
is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across the organization Source and engage high-quality, hard-to-find candidates through proactive headhunting and talent mapping Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective recruitment strategies Manage multiple open requisitions and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to drive efficient hiring Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Stay up to date with talent market trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in recruitment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment Minimum 2 years of experience in technical and international recruitment, particularly in IT and technology sectors Proven success in sourcing and hiring for diverse tech roles across different markets Advanced headhunting skills and ability to engage passive talent Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously Proficiency in using recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing extensions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of technical roles and skills required in the IT industry
