Account Executive

Foreground is hiring for a globally recognized events firm seeking a high-potential and client-focused Account Executive to support day-to-day communications, project follow-ups, and execution for key public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.

This role is a foundational support function within the Client Servicing department, responsible for detail tracking, document flow, and relationship maintenance across fast-moving event projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in coordinating client communication, feedback cycles, and approvals.
• Maintain detailed trackers for project timelines, deliverables, and client meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes, internal action points, and status reports.
• Support pitch coordination, documentation, and content assembly for proposals.
• Manage internal communication between creative, production, and client-facing teams.
