• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market share in the e-learning sector.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities in education, corporate training, and government sectors to expand the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including educational institutions, corporate leaders, and government officials.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop actionable plans to capture market opportunities.
• Stay updated on e-learning technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and industry advancements to effectively communicate product benefits.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track team performance using CRM tools.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives.
