Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Manager (Saudi National) to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events at Silver Sands Beach. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless event delivery while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including private functions, corporate gatherings, member activities, and beach club events.
• Develop creative event concepts that align with the Silver Sands Beach brand.
• Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Marketing, Operations, Facilities, Finance) to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Oversee event setup, logistics, and breakdown, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
