You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Revenue Manager is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. The role covers all technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams, with leadership on the revenue recognition policies and regular interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations. The Revenue Manager is also responsible for royalty accounting and invoicing, and has two direct reports. Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. Oversee all technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams. Provide leadership on the hotel's revenue recognition policies and regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations. Be responsible for royalty accounting and invoicing, and manage two direct reports. Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality / Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset. Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst. Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
