الوصف الوظيفيMinimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role. Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a MUST. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into paying customers.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate Nowlun's value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding their shipping and logistics needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.
- Develop and implement account engagement strategies that align with Nowlun's overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to position Nowlun as a leader in digital freight forwarding.
