This pivotal role will oversee the development of the sports park emphasizing sports excellence and entertainment experiences, aimed at positioning Qiddiya as a leading destination for both national and international events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Sports Park development, ensuring alignment with the vision for world‑class sports and entertainment.
• Collaborate with master‑planning and master development team.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to create innovative sports facilities and entertainment venues that adhere to international standards.
• Conduct comprehensive market and feasibility studies to inform project viability, strategic direction, and design concepts.
• Manage the project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Develop strong relationships with local authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices throughout the development process.
• Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting milestones, challenges, and performance metrics.
• Support and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborative problem‑solving.
