Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sales Development to drive sales operations, developer relationships, and end‑to‑end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. The role offers a high‑performing and fast‑paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
- Oversee project management efforts across the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
- Prepare sales strategies through numbers and analysis to increase revenue.
- Analyze sales team and developer data to share insights and define future business improvements.
- Conduct competition research and share insights for improvement of company structure and operations.
- Mentor and manage cross‑functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through top‑notch communication and customer experience strategies.
Qualifications
Masters’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.Strong understanding of partner / channel sales models and client service dynamics.Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze; highly professional presentation skills; excellent people management skills.Benefits
