We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As the Executive Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the executive team
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, including emails and phone calls
• Maintain and update company records and databases
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for meetings
• Manage office supplies and equipment, and order as needed
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
