الوصف الوظيفيEducation – A Master’s degree (MBA, MHA or equivalent) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field; a Doctorate (Ph.D., MD) is preferred in some cases. Experience – 10 years in hospital management or executive leadership in healthcare with a track record of strategic growth. Leadership Skills – Strong ability to guide, inspire and manage diverse healthcare teams. Financial Acumen – Expertise in budgeting, revenue cycle management and hospital financing. Regulatory Knowledge – Deep understanding of healthcare laws, accreditation standards and compliance. Decision Making – Ability to make high‑level strategic decisions that align with the hospital’s long‑term goals. Communication Skills – Excellent ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders and engage with the community. Tech & Innovation Awareness – Familiarity with healthcare technology trends, AI in medical services and hospital digitalization. Key Skills – Environmental Safety, J2SE, ABAP, FlexCube, Health And Safety Management, BI.
The Hospital CEO is the highest‑ranking executive responsible for the overall management and success of the hospital. Their duties include :
- Strategic Leadership – Developing and implementing long‑term plans to ensure the hospital’s growth and sustainability.
- Financial Oversight – Managing budgets, financial planning and ensuring profitability while maintaining high‑quality patient care.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring the hospital adheres to healthcare laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
- Staff Management – Hiring and overseeing department heads, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff efficiency.
- Community Engagement – Representing the hospital in negotiations, partnerships and public relations efforts.
- Quality Assurance – Monitoring patient care standards and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery.
