Overview
At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage will oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring efficient service and high-quality guest experiences. This role will manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant Manager will monitor service flow, coordinate with the culinary team, and address guest complaints to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, the role includes assisting with budgeting, analyzing sales performance, supporting special events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service execution and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B outlet operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, workload balance, and performance coaching
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with culinary team to ensure menu execution and service flow
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Support budgeting processes and analyze sales performance
- Assist with planning and executing special events and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., culinary, retail, operations) to deliver seamless service
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma in hospitality or related field is a plusExperience : 3-6+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or a related fieldSkills : Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team; strong knowledge of F&B operations; budgeting, cost control, and waste minimizationProficient in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely stock replenishmentStrong collaboration skills with other departments (culinary, retail, operations)Ability to analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational performance to drive efficiencyProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, budgeting, and planningLanguages : Fluent in Arabic & English
