Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals in the Automotive sector. Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce requirements and training needs. Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee engagement and development. Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Prepare and manage HR budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions in line with company objectives. The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Manager should have : A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in HR management within the Automotive industry or related sectors. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
