Specialist II, Assets Operation

Overview

The support service assets operation “specialist / Senior Specialist” is responsible for the efficient management of an organization's physical assets (related to the Support service unit), within its project sites and / or its building & accommodation facilities. Also to ensure asset register is up to date with relevant information such as maintenance status & disposal SOP.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Academic Qualification

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or business administration

Years of Experience

1-5 years of experience in asset management, disposal process, data management, and relevant experience in assets of construction organization facilities.
