Overview :

Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager - Asset Strategy, a key role in shaping our asset management approach and driving the strategic direction of our entertainment and leisure portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and impactful asset development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset strategy plans that align with Qiddiya's overall objectives and vision
• Conduct thorough market research and asset performance analysis to identify enhancement opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with various teams including Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective execution of asset strategies
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance, trends, and improvement recommendations
• Engage with external partners and industry stakeholders to gather insights and promote Qiddiya's asset initiatives
• Support the management and administration of contracts with asset operators and service providers
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and contribute to the development of innovative asset management solutions
