الوصف الوظيفيOversee end‑to‑end recruitment : job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain up‑to‑date candidate records. Develop and promote the company’s employer brand. Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment campaigns and career site content. Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and conferences. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of talent acquisition specialists. Provide training on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and diversity hiring. Set team performance targets and conduct regular evaluations. Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws, diversity policies, and ethical standards. Prepare recruitment reports and present insights to senior management. Monitor recruitment costs and optimize budget usage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (7+ years) in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in high‑volume hiring and specialised talent acquisition. Experience in hiring for white‑collar and blue‑collar staff.

- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
