Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans that define the scope of the project, set objectives, identify resources needed and establish timelines for completion of each task within the project plan.
• Delegating tasks as necessary to meet deadlines as well as ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time within budget without compromising quality standards.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects including risk management, monitoring progress against deadlines and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed at every stage of the process.
• Liaising with external vendors / suppliers as necessary to ensure timely delivery of materials / services related to the project(s) at hand.
• Monitoring changes in project scope and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about such changes on a timely basis so that corrective action can be taken if required.
• Preparing reports / presentations on overall progress / status of the projects being managed regularly for review by senior management / stakeholders as well as preparing final reports upon completion of each project outlining key objectives achieved along with lessons learned during the course of the project(s).
