Location : Dhahran, Salary : 1600

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dhahran. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall project life-cycle and ensuring that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to the client’s expectations. They will collaborate with a range of stakeholders including external vendors and customers, as well as internal teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and problem solving experience. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project life-cycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, analyze risks, and implement mitigation plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable but not essential.
  • A degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
