Manage and oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, design, construction, and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any issues Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract documents, and quality standards Manage project risk and develop contingency plans as needed Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation Mentor and supervise project team members Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry PMP certification is a plus Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as needed Job details
