THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced Category Director / Head to lead and drive the strategic growth of our clients poultry division. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise, a proven track record in both B2B and B2C markets, and exceptional leadership capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Category Leadership : Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the performance of the poultry category across diverse markets.
• Business Development : Identify growth opportunities, build robust business models, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Marketing Strategy : Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and increase market share.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve category goals and deliver business results.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments (e.g., operations, supply chain, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of category strategies.
• Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to anticipate challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
• Financial Oversight : Oversee category budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets, ensuring sustainable growth and cost optimisation.

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive exposure to both B2B and B2C business models.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

International experience in diverse and multicultural environments.
