Communicates with the chef to determine daily, weekly, and monthly meat consumption needs. Places daily orders from the store according to the menu. Inspects all fish, meat, and poultry upon receipt; rejects any items not meeting required standards. Butchers and prepares all fish, meat, and poultry in accordance with specified standards. Maintains high standards of sanitation and hygiene at all times within the preparation area. Ensures all prepared items meet specified quantity and quality, are ready at required times, and minimizes wastage. Wraps, labels, dates, and stores all prepared items correctly. Operates all equipment safely and reports any defects or safety hazards. Observes good personal hygiene practices at all times. Undertakes any other duties as requested. Primary Location
