Senior Proposals Engineer

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong background in engineering consultancy proposals, with a proven ability to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals. They will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. With excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of engineering consultancy services, the candidate will contribute directly to ARX's growth and reputation in the region.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including technical and commercial submissions.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, design, and commercial teams to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
• Prepare proposal schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
• Develop winning strategies by identifying differentiators, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
• Draft, review, and edit technical narratives, executive summaries, and project methodologies.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities and support client engagement.
• Manage proposal templates, content libraries, and maintain consistency in corporate branding.
• Support contract negotiations and post-submission clarifications when required.

Stay updated on regional market trends, competitors, and client expectations to strengthen ARX's proposal capabilities.
