Senior Solutions Engineer

SWATX is on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer who will be integral in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to engage with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that drive value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure successful implementations and enhance our offerings.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Design, prototype, and present complex solutions to clients, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support the sales process and participate in customer meetings and demos.
• Act as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and industries, providing deep insights to clients.
• Lead the installation and configuration of solutions, ensuring smooth deployments and transitions.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients, addressing technical issues and optimizing solution performance.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
