Senior Technical Presales Engineer

The Senior Technical Presales Engineer will lead client-facing technical engagements, particularly with government entities, by designing and presenting solutions that leverage

different technologies

platforms. This role requires deep expertise in application development and low-code / no-code platforms, complemented by broad technical knowledge across IT domains. The engineer will bridge client business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring solutions comply with local government frameworks and policies. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Interface Act as the primary technical advisor to government-sector clients during the presales cycle. Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, and product demonstrations. Present tailored solutions that clearly articulate business value and technical feasibility. Build long-term trusted relationships with key government stakeholders (CIOs, IT directors, program managers). Solution Design & Proposal Development Analyze client requirements and design robust solutions using

different technologies

platforms . Demonstrate how these technologies integrate into broader enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, ECM, and government digital services). Develop high-quality RFP / RFI responses, technical proposals, and architecture diagrams. Lead Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), pilot implementations, and solution validations. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align solutions with business goals. Work closely with product vendors (Microsoft, Nintex, OutSystems, Oracle …etc) to stay updated on latest features and roadmaps. Mentor junior presales engineers and support internal capability building. Government Project Experience Utilize proven experience working on

Saudi government projects . Ensure all solutions comply with Saudi cybersecurity and regulatory standards. Translate government digital transformation goals into technical architectures. Qualifications & Experience Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7–10+ years in presales, solution consulting, or systems engineering. Strong hands-on expertise with

Microsoft .NET development ,

Nintex automation / workflow , and

OutSystems low-code platform . Proven track record in

government-sector projects in Saudi Arabia . Certifications (preferred) : Nintex Advanced Workflow / RPA certifications. OutSystems Certified Professional. Skills : Strong solution architecture, integration design, and process automation skills. Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders. Deep expertise in

application development and automation

(.NET, Nintex, OutSystems. Oracle …etc). Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset. Strong stakeholder management, particularly in government environments. Strategic thinker with the ability to map technical solutions to business goals. Seniority level
