Job Summary
Provides professional and high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks and reports directly to the Executive Director.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, and other documents.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Maintains the executive’s agenda and assists in scheduling appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
- Receives and screens phone calls and redirects them when appropriate.
- Handles confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepares presentations and reports as assigned.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Acts as a communication link between the executive and employees.
- Organizes and maintains a filing system, keeping documents and records in a systematic and easily retrievable manner.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the executives.
