Key Responsibilities Calendar and Schedule Management : Proactively manage the CEO's daily schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences. Communication Management : Act as the primary point of contact for calls and correspondence, filtering and prioritizing information to ensure the CEO's time is protected. Board and Executive Support : Assist with all aspects of board meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Travel and Logistics : Plan and arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for the CEO and potentially other executives. Project and Task Management : Lead or support special projects on behalf of the CEO and help manage projects from the CEO's office. Information and Records Management : Maintain and organize critical documents, files, and contacts, ensuring efficient information retrieval.
