We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be deployed on-site at the client’s premises to support, operate, and maintain complex enterprise network environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on operational skills, and the ability to work in a high-demand managed services environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security.
• Provide proactive maintenance and incident resolution to maintain network stability.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve escalations and implement approved network changes.
• Participate in network change control processes and support 24 / 7 operations as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and operational activities.
• Implementation & Upgrades
• Install and configure new products, applying performance optimization and security best practices.
• Supervise and execute migrations of existing solutions, including required updates and upgrades.
• Perform full implementations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and provide necessary technical documentation.
• Ensure smooth administration of systems to maintain service availability for authorized users.
• Testing, Documentation & Reporting
• Conduct integration testing and validation of applications, systems, and network solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for implemented products, configurations, and processes.

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve network and systems issues.
• Provide regular status reports to supervisors and project managers.
• Deliver proactive technical support for major accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and hands-on training for client teams.

• Network security solutions (Firewalls, NGFW, WAF – Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Wireless infrastructure design and optimization
• Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts and implementation
