Sales Manager at Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) . Looking for a Government & Corporate Sales Manager to lead a sales team to achieve growth and increase revenue by building strong relationships with clients in government and private sectors, especially in logistics and retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in both corporate (B2B) and government (B2G) sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee proposals, quotations, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Proven track record in corporate and government sales (B2B & B2G), and logistics or retail sectors.Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.Location
