What You Will Do

Oversee and manage day-to-day live operations to ensure smooth execution across all platforms.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product, and Engineering, to resolve operational challenges.

Develop and enforce operational processes, best practices, and standards.

Respond to critical incidents and coordinate rapid resolution to minimize impact on users.

Drive initiatives that optimize workflow, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or tech-driven service industries.
