فعاليات – المملكة العربية السعودية : نبحث حالياً عن مدير فعاليات للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المملكة العربية السعودية. إذا كانت لديك خبرة في تنظيم وتنفيذ الفعاليات الكبرى، وعلاقات محلية قوية، وتتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة، يسعدنا التواصل معك. الموقع : المملكة العربية السعودية. الشرط : إتقان اللغة العربية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تطوير وإدارة استراتيجية الفعاليات السنوية وجدولها الزمني. الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ الفعاليات الكبرى وفعاليات الافتتاح. بناء علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة، الرعاة، والشركاء والمحافظة عليها. تصميم وتنظيم مجموعة متنوعة من البرامج الثقافية والترفيهية والمجتمعية. التعاون مع المنظمات المحلية والهيئات الثقافية لدمجها في استراتيجية التفعيل. ضمان تنفيذ جميع الفعاليات بأعلى المعايير، مع وجود سياسات وإجراءات واضحة. المؤهلات المطلوبة
خبرة قوية في إدارة الفعاليات، ويفضّل أن تكون في مشاريع كبرى أو وجهات سياحية. سجل مثبت في تنظيم وتنفيذ الفعاليات الضخمة أو الفعاليات العالمية. إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة ومهارات تواصل ممتازة. شبكة علاقات واسعة في قطاع الفعاليات بالمنطقة؛ خبرة سابقة مع NEC أو GEA تعتبر ميزة إضافية. شخصية مبتكرة، تعاونية، وقادرة على العمل الميداني. كيفية التقديم
