Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse front- and back-of-house team.
- Drive performance across revenue, cost control, and guest experience KPIs.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Foster lasting guest relationships and ensure consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility.
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the team.
Requirements
5–7 years’ experience as a General Manager in fine dining or upmarket restaurant environments.Strong leadership and operational management track record.Excellent financial and analytical skills.Fluent English required; Italian or Arabic an advantage.Professional, polished, and detail-oriented.Deep understanding of guest service within luxury F&B settings.Benefits
