We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person communication.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Use computer systems and customer service software (CRM or internal platforms) to record, track, and manage customer requests.
