About the Role

We’re hiring a B2B SDR to drive qualified lead generation and fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first contact for potential clients — identifying prospects, qualifying them, and booking meetings for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to qualify leads.
  • Research target markets and decision-makers in target companies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign leads and follow-ups.
  • Schedule demos and meetings for Sales Specialists.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasive outreach skills.
  • Organized, KPI-driven, and tech-savvy.
  • Experience using CRM and outreach tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
