The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are : Precast concrete products and architectural elements To accurately prepare, analyze, and manage quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) in contracting projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. Key Accountability Areas

Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Carry out detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works with accuracy. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for tendering and execution purposes. Support in tender preparation, submission, and negotiations. Coordinate with project teams for value engineering, cost control, and variation claims. Maintain updated records of material consumption, cost data, and subcontractor quotations. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements. Provide technical support in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Role Accountability

Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job Delivery

Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving

Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality

Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible. Compliance

Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services. Academic Qualification

Diploma Degree in Surveying & Mapping Sciences
